Nicole was AMAZING to work with! As first time home buyers, we were nervous and unsure of how to go about the process of buying a home. Nicole was able to answer all of our questions, educate us, and point us in all the right directions. She worked closely with our loan officer and kept us all on the same page throughout the entire process. We walked so many homes and kept searching for “the right one” but Nicole remained patient and positive in our decision to keep looking. Nicole was so easy to work with. My husband and I have little to no time in our day to day schedules. She was willing to accommodate us and show us houses in the evening. She made the buying process so easy and we felt comfortable trusting her in our journey. Even after we bought our house and moved in, there was still work that needed to be done and she made sure that it was done correctly and in a timely matter.
