Dr. Christian is fantastic. He knows his stuff. He helped me rehab after knee replacement surgery but even more than that helped me regain my overall strength. He listens. He adjusts your exercises accordingly. He teaches you about your body and the issues you may complain about. He helps you understand why certain exercises are better than others and why. He is knowledgeable about the spine as well and after 4 spine surgeries was able to show me why I walked the way I walked and how to better navigate the stairs.
