It had ran under the wall to our entry way so it damaged two sides and a corner with a cove; not a lot but not exactly a simple repair. He not only got to us fast working within our schedule of the week, but him and his crew knocked out the full repair in one day plus matching our particular difficult textured type.We are now getting our house ready to sell and needed some poorly repaired wall damage from previous owners and new from life with kids taken care of. He had his guys come make those repairs for us as well and again can’t even tell the damage was there. The biggest part of this is we had some trim that had been messed up by animals, and is not easily found. He took the time searching for the same trim we have so that the repairs all match as with selling and wanted it to be all done right. He searched all over until he was able to finally find some so we could get that done as well, a step far above and beyond. I wish I had take pictures to show what it was to what it is now to show the quality in the work.He is truly a great contractor and company to work with who relates to the owner not just the pay day. That is rare these days, he had the understanding that when things like this happen it’s about helping not about the money. Before he would leave the job he sat down and said that I had to leave a five-star review before he would leave. I'm content with my kitchen, it's a great improvement to what it was. I'm happy with it. But there are a lot of little things that are frustrating when you pay someone to do something and to do it correctly. I've tried contacting him a few times over the few weeks since he completed the project. I still have one tile that does not have grout around it, and the painting jobs are not great. The window sills look awful. They should have really been replace instead of painted over. The drop in lights were never cleaned and one is now flickering. I have no clue how to fix that. The paint is not blended in some of the areas and the cut in lines are awful. And for some crazy reason they cut a hole around the backing plate of my thermostat. I've attached photos of that show the good and the bad.Sean and his team did a great job. They turned my brown 1960s kitchen into my dream kitchen! Less
