I live in South Carolina and my Dad lived in Tom’s River, NJ. As Executrix, I had to sell his house. Selling a house long distance can be difficult, but Alisia was great. She looked at the house prior to listing and suggested a few improvements to help it sell. I did everything she suggested and with her staging the house, we were able to find a buyer within a few weeks who made a competitive offer. She was always available for questions and we handled paperwork signing very easily. I couldn’t attend the closing, but she and my attorney handled everything for me. I am so glad I found Alisia to help me!
