I've been going to Anna Medical Aesthetics for some years now, and can honestly say the experience has been exceptional from the very beginning. Before considering any aesthetic treatments, Anna and the team supported me in building a solid skincare routine, which made a huge difference.This year after seeing really positive results, I decided to go ahead with a few subtle tweaks. Even though I've moved over an hour away, there was never any question about going elsewhere. I trust Anna completely and she is absolutely worth the journey.As it was my first time having treatments like this, I was a little nervous but Anna was incredibly professional and reassuring. She took time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure we were both aligned on expectations and outcomes before starting.I also waited a while before posting this review as I wanted to see how everything settled, and I can confidently say that I LOVE the results. They're natural and subtle, but noticeable enough that I get "you're looking great" rather than "what have you had done", which is exactly what I wanted.I've already recommended Anna and the team to friends and family, and I wouldn't hesitate to continue doing so!

I would highly recommend this clinic. Everything is so professional, right through from initial enquiries to follow up treatments. The staff are all helpful and friendly. Anna is so lovely and her knowledge and expertise mean she can give fantastic recommendations and advice. I’m really pleased with the results from my treatment. I feel more confident and will definitely return.

I had Botox in my jaw by Anna 4 weeks ago after suffering from bruxism causing tension headaches and migraines. In the last 10 days I haven’t woken up with a headache once, after this being a daily occurrence for over a year. Anna required me to get confirmation I had no TMJ issues prior to injecting which I did by requesting X-rays from my dentist, to ensure the injections wouldn’t cause any damage. So far I’m really happy with the service and am grateful for some relief in my jaw!

I am 50 years old and have never had any treatments done before so I was nervous of the whole process. My biggest concern was coming out looking plastic fantastic and fake.Anna blew all my expectations out of the water. She put me at ease, was honest and so reassuring. She gave me the space and time to think and make sure it was the right choice for me.The best aspect of Anna's work for me is that she makes everything look so natural. You come away looking like you, just a slightly better (and for me less wrinkly) version of yourself.Anna is so attentive and the aftercare is second to none. You feel supported, looked after and valued throughout the process and for the following weeks/months. I had the sofwave treatment last November and it was the best money I‘ve ever spent. My skin is visibly tighter and especially my lower chin/jowl area is much improved. I noticed results about 2/3 weeks after the treatment and they kept improving over time. I feel a lot more confident! Would recommend this highly. Everybody at the clinic was friendly and highly professional. No question was left unanswered.
