My experience was better than I could have expected. I was brand new to this type of self care and therapy. I was greeted by a professional kind employee that addressed me but name. I made my appointment online with the introductory offer. I was seated in a private consult room where my wait was minimal. Wella came in and reviewed my medical history and my reason for making my appointment. He was so kind, listened to my every word and made me feel very validated with my concerns. After my blood pressure & temperature was taken he placed my IV. We went to the VIP room which was very relaxing and I was seated in a massage chair pod. I was covered in a nice soft blanket and as the chair started the massage my fluids were connected. The music and lighting was so soothing and the chair laid me back to almost make me feel weightless. I felt spoiled. The whole experience took about 40 minutes but I did rest so I might be off on that. I will be adding a membership to my self care routine.
