I recently had RGB Services out to service my Generac generator, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. They thoroughly inspected and serviced the unit, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was running in top shape before they left. It’s a great peace of mind knowing my generator is ready for whatever weather comes our way. Highly recommend RGB Services for anyone needing reliable generator maintenance!"

The charger was delivered with the truck and he was able to come over on a Saturday and install it within an hour to 90 minutes, including a trip to the store. I can’t say enough good things about him. His punctuality, professionalism, fair price and honestly are worthy of a 10 star if possible. Thank you Brett!

Great service. Very knowledgeable group that was able to investigate and correct some wiring issues I had. Recommend to all.

I had a wall socket that killed all power to a bedroom when I pull the plug of whatever I plugged in. Brett came within 3 hours and in the time it took me to explain it, he already knew what was the problem. He replaced the receptacle and its wiring in about 20 minutes. It would had been sooner, but I did not know which breaker switch the outlet was connected to and spent time flipping all the switches until finally finding it. Brett was courteous, worked non-stop until it was done and offered to clean everything up. The cost was a little higher than I expected, but he came after hours on same day and this was kind of an emergency since the bedroom that lost power belong to an invalid and had several medical devices that needed power.
