I had a wall socket that killed all power to a bedroom when I pull the plug of whatever I plugged in. Brett came within 3 hours and in the time it took me to explain it, he already knew what was the problem. He replaced the receptacle and its wiring in about 20 minutes. It would had been sooner, but I did not know which breaker switch the outlet was connected to and spent time flipping all the switches until finally finding it. Brett was courteous, worked non-stop until it was done and offered to clean everything up. The cost was a little higher than I expected, but he came after hours on same day and this was kind of an emergency since the bedroom that lost power belong to an invalid and had several medical devices that needed power.

We made an emergency call to RBG Services on a Saturday morning to fix a failure in our Tesla Gateway that was causing power outages in our house in the Lakes of Rosehill neighborhood of Cypress. Brett found the issue (caused by the original installer) and went out of his way to make sure we were fixed and had power working on a Saturday morning.Highly ethical and reasonable guys to work with. I had our BG Services come to my home and fix three outdoor outlets, one of which had never been working, and it turns out that it had been wired wrong. They fixed a couple of their problems as well. Sean was super good at his job, whereas the last handyman/fake electrician didn't know shit. I would happily work with them again. The owner, Brett, was super responsive, and they're giving me a very fair price. I highly recommend them to everybody and will surely use them again, probably when I do soffit lighting and/or low-voltage landscaping lighting in the yard.

Couple of months ago back around November, we had to replace our electric panel per the guidelines of our HOA. Our HOA referred us to RBG services.
