Kristen Narlinger was our agent that sold our home in Castle Pines and found us a new home in Washington Park. She did an excellent job! Our house sold in just 3 days! The pictures and video of our home that she used to list our home were professional and beautiful. The inventory in Washington Park was limited in our price range, but we were able to find a home we love! With it being an older home it does need some remodeling and she even went out of her way to help us find some contractors. She is thoroughly organized and very knowledgeable about real estate. I would definitely recommend Kristen!

We have sold 3 houses and bought 4 with the Narlinger’s over the years. They go out of their way to make sure their clients needs are met. In our most recent transaction they drove from Castle Pines to Longmont in a snowstorm to make sure we were the first people to see a house in the neighborhood we were targeting. We made an offer and the house is ours. We did this all from out of state and they helped us through the whole process of calming sellers worries, getting our requests met after inspection, and dealing with all the difficult hurdles to jump before closing. I can’t recommend this team highly enough.

Townhome For Our Daughter. A very professional and responsive experience as Kristin and her team met with us and our daughter to lay out expectations and the process. Kristin then spent several weekends touring listings with our daughter and also provided us with a virtual tour of the townhome when we (parents) were working out of state. Once the decision was made to make an offer, Kristin was helpful working through negotiations (including a somewhat tricky Seller escrow for a sewer line repair) and provided a number of referrals for an inspector and some preliminary home improvements.
