I would like to say I was really struggling finding insurance this year and thought I was going to have to settle for something I didn't want, something that was lacking alot of what I wanted and needed. Until I came across Franco Stella. I had never heard of them but at this point I thought what do I have to lose. I set up a time for an appointment and I can't begin to tell you how happy I am that I did that!! Franco was awesome!! He took charge and told me I have something for you and boy did he. It was better and had and more than I thought I wanted or needed all for less. He also told me "I am your insurance rep" I'm so thankful for that. After many poor experiences with Health insurance agents, Franco was recommended to us. He was exceptional. We had a problem with Medicare which he doggedly followed until it was resolved. He very promptly returned calls and emails, was user friendly and had a strong knowledge of the health insurance industry and what was right for us. Bottom line, he also saved us almost $150/mo for better coverage than we had before. He is just the best !
