I would like to say I was really struggling finding insurance this year and thought I was going to have to settle for something I didn't want, something that was lacking alot of what I wanted and needed. Until I came across Franco Stella. I had never heard of them but at this point I thought what do I have to lose. I set up a time for an appointment and I can't begin to tell you how happy I am that I did that!! Franco was awesome!! He took charge and told me I have something for you and boy did he. After many poor experiences with Health insurance agents, Franco was recommended to us. He was exceptional. We had a problem with Medicare which he doggedly followed until it was resolved. He very promptly returned calls and emails, was user friendly and had a strong knowledge of the health insurance industry and what was right for us.
