Great gym with a really welcoming atmosphere. The coaches know what they’re doing and take the time to help everyone, whether you’re brand new or have experience. The classes are well run, the mats are always clean, and everyone has been respectful. Definitely recommend checking it out.

Hey the guys at ground x in barrhaven are great. They have opened up their mats and have provided great training. I definitely recommend this gym if you are looking to train in the barrhaven area.

Went there early summer for a 2 weeks trial. The instructors are top tier and the environment is very friendly and clean. Beginner friendly and great for advanced training as well. I find myself recommending this place more often than not, will definitely be returning myself. Ray, Joel, and Richard are wonderful instructors.

I came to ground x for a jiu jitsu seminar put on by the HER foundation. They had super knowledgeable and welcoming instructors and it was a really inspiring time! Great space to learn with other women
