Dawn and Keith are great at what they do . Them knowing the names of customers mean they have a good and loyal following. Every week there are so many estate and yard sales to pick from. New Jersey, PA and Delaware. With having so much competition home owners really need to appreciate what money they do make and having your property cleaned out by someone else . They're an absolute joke. They allowed people to remove items from the property prior to the sale. The sale wasn't supposed to start into 9am and there was people leaving with items at 830 am. They sold items they were specifically told weren't for sale. When we recieved the "itemized" list of what was sold I thought it was joke. things were either listed as scrap or misc. They knew everyone that came to the sale by name and they were leaving with huge car loads of items for less than $40. The house was left in a terrible mess with damage done to property and items. When I reached out to the owner he didn't seem to care because he was already paid. He hung up on me during the conversation and hasn't been heard from since. this was a scam and they took advantage of my father. Less
