Decent price for the lean to I had built. Was mostly finished by end of March. All was left was to install trim on the bottom of the sharp, raw metal edge that was used for a 1/2 side wall, as promised. I paid in full and Matt said he would come back the following week to finish the project. Followed up multiple times, with some communication that he would come the next week, with many texts not being responded to. Even offered to install myself if he just dropped material off. This went on for almost 3 months, still nothing.Lesson learned the hard way that you don’t pay in full until the job is 100% complete, even though he was a nice guy, still left me hangin.
