Working with Dr. Ben and Shonna has completely changed my life. I engaged with the F8 team because I could not lose any weight despite extensive efforts. I knew there was something wrong and they provided me with the tools to uncover far more than I ever dreamed I would learn. I was experiencing low back pain and inflammation in my hip from a terrible diet and year of neglect. We did blood work to determine that my liver and kidneys were not functioning correctly. They decided to put me on a restriction diet to get things back inline. We spent the next few months cleaning and improving the functions of my gut and organs. Wow what a change! The inflammation was reduced by 90% most days as long as I stuck to a healthy diet. Then the back pain start to subside. Working with there nutritionist really made me look at food in a different way by understand how fat, fiber and proteins work together. Highly recommend F8 Wellness.

I followed them on Tik Tok for about 6 months before deciding to call. Best decision by far. After my local doctors couldn’t find the reason for my stomach issues for over a year, numerous adjustments on my thyroid meds, I can now say I feel like I’m 18 again (in my 50’s). My blood work is unremarkable and the guidance I’ve been given, you can’t put into words. The zoom meetings were never rushed and my concerns were always addressed WITH solutions that actually help. I am forever grateful for F8 helping me get my health back.

I found F8 after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and feeling discouraged by the direction to take a medication to help with a secondary issue rather than finding and correcting the cause. Dr. Jake and Kristen guided me through the entire healing process. Everything is transparent and they make sure I understand the reason behind what they suggest. From the first call, to the evaluations, to working with Dr. Walden and my metabolic coordinator, Penny; I have been treated with care and respect every step of the way. I am so grateful to have found a doctor who is willing to look at the whole picture of my body and health and put me on track to turn my health and my life around. I came into this ready to get my health back after many failed attempts with other doctors, when I found them I was already a couple of years into being sick and not feeling like myself at all. I was ready for it to be several months before I started to feel just a little bit better, but following their protocol that came a lot faster than expected and I just kept getting better and better. I am nowhere near the end of my health journey, but continuing the path they have given me I know I will get back to my old self but even better. And I will retain the knowledge that I have made here and be able to help myself in the future and even others around me. I could not thank them enough for what they do for people and for myself, do not give up home because there are answers for everything it’s just a matter of finding the right people to put you on the right path and patience!
