I would like to share my experience in the hope that it provides some insight for others considering employment here. Unfortunately, my time with the company was marked by a challenging work environment. In my view, the culture lacked transparency, constructive communication, and support for employee well-being.There were instances of poor management practices (especially CEO, Kyna, Nurul & Linda), withholding of salary every months and a lack of accountability, which created unnecessary stress and made it difficult to thrive professionally. Feedback was not always welcomed, and there seemed to be limited opportunities for growth or meaningful collaboration.While this may not reflect everyone’s experience, I believe it is important for prospective employees to be aware of the environment before making a decision. I sincerely hope the stingy AMACC takes steps to improve internal culture and employee engagement moving forward.
