My kids started under Professor Gabriel both at age 3, and have continued their training with him for several years. They started competing successfully at age 4 & 5, and they continue to learn, grow and build confidence and strength as well as a positive mindset. Jiu jitsu is very different than team sports and there are so many benefits.
