On the recommendations of a colleague I tried out my first hydration session. It was a bit of a drive for me, but well worth the experience. The amazing nurses listened to my feedback related to chronic inflammation and joint discomfort and recommended a treatment. I don’t know the name of it, but between that and the “turbo” massage chair, I honestly feel different today. Discomfort is not totally gone but I went from not being able to run with my dog in the morning to no concerns in the afternoon. I also can’t undersell the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Truly an amazing all-around experience.

I’ve been a happy client of Prime IV Hydration & Wellness ever since I found them 8 months ago. My doctor recommended weekly glutathione IV’s as part of a detox protocol for mold and pesticide poisoning, which had made me quite ill. I’d never had IV infusions before and was a bit nervous at first, but the entire staff was so kind and friendly, they put me at ease right away. They are professional, well trained & highly informed. I now look forward to going each week! The office is modern and comfortable with cozy recliners to relax in during infusions. My health has improved dramatically over these months, and I’m so grateful to everyone there for being a part of my recovery.

I have had some significant health challenges over the last 3 years (avid marathoner trying to get back to feeling my best so I can compete again) and found Prime IV Marlborough in a search for something else. Decided to give it a try and see if it helps. Because of the knowledgeable staff, detailed discussion of my concerns and answering questions, and genuine good nature of everyone that works there, I ended up leaving with a membership. I have now returned for additional sessions and JD's (Jeff) care is always top notch and he is an absolute delight of a human being to interact with, especially if you are squeamish with needles! He (and all the staff) make you feel right at home. Additionally, chatted with Ari on my way out after last session and he gave me some great tips for a mutual condition we share which I view as nothing short of just going above and beyond in wanting their clients to feel their best. Top notch service, the best massage chairs you can find that aren't an actual massage therapist, and high quality care -- 200% recommend checking them out!

Decided to try IV treatments after hearing good things about it, the Marlborough location best fit my commute. One of the best experiences I've had at an establishment. The staff made you feel like family from day one. Michelle is one of the most friendly and knowledgeable employees I've met anywhere. She would answer all my questions and concerns no matter the situation. I highly recommend people coming to this location for an IV wellness treatment. Shout out to Jeff and Candace for friendly and phenomenal service as well, and the massage chairs they have are on a whole different level...
