Ok for a routine light cleaning, but for a $600 move-in cleaning, I expected way more. Window tracks were left filthy, cobwebs were left on insides of windows, walls and baseboards don’t appear to have been wiped down at all, grime and toothpaste globs left inside cabinets.Edit: Mila seemed very eager to understand what went wrong and to rectify the situation, which was appreciated. The follow-up and resolution was fast. Unfortunately, a follow-up cleaning was not an option since there would be no opportunity before we moved in, but a partial refund was offered.

Updating as service is inconsistent. After having ONE sub-standard cleaning, we changed to an inconvenient (to us) early morning time slot at their suggestion, supposedly to get more reliable service. Over several months on this schedule, they've repeatedly contacted us the week of to reschedule our slot, which we've had to decline. Due to random issues, we've actually been present less often for the cleanings so don't know if we're actually getting the same person every time. Cleanings overall are still satisfactory, but it's a frustrating process.

Deanna and Stefani did an outstanding job. Both arrived right on time and got straight to work. The cleaning was excellent — every appliance was spotless, the carpets looked refreshed, and the wooden floors were left shining clean. We were truly impressed with the level of care and attention to detail throughout. Highly recommend their service!

They are very professional leave the house clean and sparkling and show up on time. And the experience of booking them on the phone is great too. Receptionist is very outgoing and friendly, easy to explain what needs to be done around the house. Very pleased with Amazing Maids.

What a joke! I have never experienced such horrible service. I paid for a deep clean and got at best a partial wipe down. They said the would send someone to resolve the issuues. No one has shown up after 2 attempts. They provide horrible service and dont stand by their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I do not recommend this company!

Our cleaner was Istephani M, and she consistently does an excellent job. She’s professional, detail-oriented, and always leaves the house looking great! She’s also incredibly friendly with our dog, which we really appreciate. Istephani is reliable, thorough, and a pleasure to have each visit, I’d definitely recommend!

Used Amazing Maids for the first time to do do an initial deep cleaning prior to moving in to our new house. The techs were great and very thorough. The place looked great after they finished.
