When I researched and eventually paid £1,300 for a smart bidet toilet, I did not expect that 3 years later, when the toilet seat heat stopped working, that I would have to pay someone to remove the seat, wrap it up securely, sent it by courier to be fixed at a cost of £120 plus VAT, and then pay someone to refit the seat, and hope that the fault was fixable. So if a home visit was possible then, you would imagine that the same would be possible in the event of a fault after warranty, obviously payable, instead of having to post a used bidet seat in for repair and be left without a seat to use. His manner and intelligent answers to our questions prompted us to order a DIB D-750R Bidet from Kaizen. The process was very easy and the free delivery was extremely efficient. Andrew returned and fitted the unit but, on demonstrating it, he discovered that the fan-dryer wasn't working so he had to return with a replacement part a few days later. Whilst it was disappointing for us and no doubt frustrating for Andrew to make three long journeys, we were glad to have his expert attention throughout. The unit itself sits on the existing toilet bowl and works very well. The remote control is very easy to use with lots of personal settings. Obviously it takes a bit of getting used to, being new to bidets, but it is straightforward enough after that. We have no hesitation in recommending Kaizen, the product and Andrew! Less
