We are in the final throes of a renovation and the team at Kaizen/Bidet-shower have been _amazing_. We had a last minute rush to buy a bidet seat, and they walked us through choosing the best possible one, and let us know how to handle a return if it didn't fit. Fortunately, our plumber has been able to "make it fit" and from the photos all looks in order. They were also extremely helpful picking out a mixer for the seat. Then, a month later, when our contractors found it wouldn't mount on the wall as built, the team were again helpful at finding a solution that would work for us in the long term as well as for our contractor, making everyone happy. I really appreciate the lengths they've gone to to make sure we are happy customers, providing their expertise to help us make the best decisions possible, and will review the products once we've moved back in, but felt it was important to review the company and customer service too. I find them to be honest and helpful, I've recommended them to our architect and contractor for future projects.

Bought a bidet shower from this company over 5 years ago, the quality had always been great, no real signs of aging seen over the years. We have moved home and now in need of a new bidet shower, very pleased to see that the exact same product is available at the same price I’ve paid for those years back. This time we are going for a small upgrade with an external thermostatic mixer lever. Their website is user friendly and it was simple to put together the desired items for the complete kit. This is a company that does an essential product well.

Having invested in a Aqua Lava bidet toilet from Kaizen solutions I have to admit it was one of best investments I have made, it’s so much more hygienic and you feel so clean and fresh, just imagine the next time there is a loo roll crisis you won’t have to rush out and fight for a roll of loo paper 🤪. The main reason I’m writing this review is that I did have a slight problem with the toilet seat cover as it stopped soft closing. I spoke to Lucas who was extremely helpful and he suggested I return the seat, he sent me a box to return the bidet seat plus a video on how to remove it (really easy) I returned it via “Parcel monkey” next day delivery Lucas’s technician resolved the issue and returned the seat next day it couldn’t have worked better. I would highly recommend this company they are not only knowledgeable in this arena but most importantly extremely helpful and customer centric. A big thank you to Lucas and his team.

I am disabled. When I researched and eventually paid £1,300 for a smart bidet toilet, I did not expect that 3 years later, when the toilet seat heat stopped working, that I would have to pay someone to remove the seat, wrap it up securely, sent it by courier to be fixed at a cost of £120 plus VAT, and then pay someone to refit the seat, and hope that the fault was fixable. And in the meantime, I would have no seat to sit on while it was in for repair. I can't see how anyone would be happy with that service for a very expensive smart bidet toilet. Please do read the small print to be aware of this. If I was to buy a whole new bidet seat, now, instead of returning for repair, that would cost £760 for the same seat, and obviously it would be under warranty and an engineer would visit my home at no charge if a fault developed. So if a home visit was possible then, you would imagine that the same would be possible in the event of a fault after warranty, obviously payable, instead of having to post a used bidet seat in for repair and be left without a seat to use. Please be aware, and read the small print. I always thought if a fault developed, a normal plumber could fix any problem arising.
