My husband and I reached our HRV's off-road limit on a Friday afternoon and got stranded several miles into the woods on an old logging road near Normalville. We didn't call Taxacher first, so we ended up having to sleep in the car overnight. But, they were there to rescue us first thing in the morning when the other company fell through. Cody literally rearranged the terrain and drove my HRV through basically a river bed like it was nothing. He brought us water since we were stuck there all night, gave us a lift out of the bad stuff, and followed us to pavement. 10/10 would recommend. I wish we would have called them first!!
