I LOVE IT here. The instructor's know there stuff, they love too teach people!! Everybody from top to bottom is great. All of the people here are first class. They're the kind of people who you would want to live near.

As a passive person who smiles constantly, I struggled to find effective self defense preparation. I have seen myself grow in confidence over the last three months. The other members and instructors (Will is the owner and lead instructor) are so supportive. I always have great personal attention to effectively train. I also love how they offer “fight conditioning” classes for free which are like group HIT classes targeted at helping with stability and flexibility for fighting. They also have just boxing classing to get cardio/ experience in with punching. As someone who loves a challenge- the group fitness classes are a personal favorite.
