We had a great experience with orca painting and construction! We had them remove our popcorn ceilings throughout our entire first floor and add can lighting. Francisco was so nice to work with. He responded quickly and gave a fair estimate. He was able to fit us into his schedule even though I had contacted him a bit last minute. The work was high quality and done with care. We would definitely use them again for future projects!

Francisco responded quickly, gave me a fair price with an estimate that he stuck to, got the job done in less than two weeks (even though I added some items), and was professional, urgent, and friendly along the way. Francisco gave me great recommendations but then took all of my ideas into consideration. Francisco came into our house and completely renovated my kitchen, replacing windows, exterior patio door, flooring in the kitchen, living room, dining room and hallway, converting a laundry area into a closet, replacing ceiling light fixtures, installing an overhead range vent, super high quality cabinets and countertops, tiled backsplash, additional outlets, moved a heating duct, and more. We were very happy working with him and Julio. They did everything possible to keep the project on track and to communicate with us as issues arose. We highly recommend them!

For transparency i will say I work in the property management industry and use Orca both professionally and at my home. I have worked on over THIRTY projects with Francisco over the past three or four years. He is honest, reliable and trustworthy. But most importantly he is one of the few contractors i work with that will come back out as many times as needed to make sure the project is done to satisfaction. Orca has completed major house renovations for our company as well as other large scale projects like window replacement at apartments. Francisco has also remolded the bathroom in my home.
