A.J. Bono on time and very efficient. Discuss with us the entire process from getting a shut off valve to a pressure regulator. Our new water heater is fantastic and up to code. Highly recommend!!

A J Bono Plumbing was dispatched to our home for a main water leak/repair in the wall under our Sink in kitchen. Diego was dispatched and made sure to message me, once he was on his way. Diego came in and first surveyed leak and then made a plan to repair. Diego was extremely courteous and explained exactly what he was going to do for the repair, being sure I understood all aspects of the repair. Once he completed the first phase of repair he showed me everything back in working order and pipe no longer spewing. Diego made sure to check, double check and then triple checked his work for no leaks and that all welds and such, were in great shape. Diego’s level of integrity and care of the homeowner is paramount. Diego then proceeded to clean, sweep and tidy area, better than it was when he arrived. Diego then explained second phase of the repair to me and what to expect and when. Diego did a stellar job and my faith is restored in working class people, who do the job right the first time, because they love what they do. Diego’s integrity really shined through. Diego would be a wonderful facilitator and person responsible for training and onboarding new employees, you need to duplicate Diego’s values and genuine respect and commitment to his job. Not once did he mention how late his day was due to our emergency, which was fit into the end of his day, I am sure. Thank you Diego, you are appreciated!

Sewage waste was backing up and spilling into my yard through my clean out. Technician/plumber Miguel with A J Bono Plumbing came to address my problem. Miguel arrived on time, he was very friendly and polite and looked professional. He had excellent communication skills and was very knowledgeable! Miguel thoroughly explained and educated me on my clean out, potential problems and resolutions, old verses new ways of installions and so many other plumbing factors. He was easy to engage with and as a woman I felt safe in talking to and trusting his service.Service was actually great from my initial call to their office for assistance when speaking with Nevaeh. Nevaeh was professional and friendly and was able to quickly schedule my appointment.I have used this company a few times and find this company to be honest and transparent, and provide quality work with no hidden fees. Prices are reasonable and I believe the excellent service they provide is worth it.I highly recommend A J Bono Plumbing and plan to only use them for all of my plumbing needs.Sylvia
