Sewage waste was backing up and spilling into my yard through my clean out. Technician/plumber Miguel with A J Bono Plumbing came to address my problem. Miguel arrived on time, he was very friendly and polite and looked professional.He had excellent communication skills and was very knowledgeable! Miguel thoroughly explained and educated me on my clean out, potential problems and resolutions, old verses new ways of installions and so many other plumbing factors. He was easy to engage with and as a woman I felt safe in talking to and trusting his service.Service was actually great from my initial call to their office for assistance when speaking with Nevaeh. Nevaeh was professional and friendly and was able to quickly schedule my appointment.I have used this company a few times and find this company to be honest and transparent, and provide quality work with no hidden fees. Prices are reasonable and I believe the excellent service they provide is worth it.I highly recommend A J Bono Plumbing and plan to only use them for all of my plumbing needs.Sylvia

Tried to schedule an emergency plumbing leak that was previously repaired but denied emergency service. Will never use this company and do not recommend this company to anybody. The lady answering that phone to schedule appointments was extremely RUDE!!

Technicians were excellent! I had several plumbing problems.. A stopped up shower a sink that needed new parts and they had the parts available in the truck! No waiting no return visit . Everything completed efficiently in the same day!

Requested them to come out to my place to work on some plumbing through my home warranty. They did not call to schedule an appointment, never stopped by to take a look at the problem and marked the service as completed. Terrible.
