Excellent job on fixing my Bucks that had been dirty for years. They cleaned them both top and bottom and did an excellent job. They look brand new. They have fixed three previous pairs and they all look brand new.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR BELONGINGS. Wish I could give 0 stars. They ruined my sneakers and a brand new belt. Basically slapped paint over everything and when I brought it to their attention they kept telling me they would fix it and to come back, I did twice and my stuff was still not fixed. Unprofessional management, laughed in my face and wouldn't compensate me at all. Disgusting people and terrible how they run their business.

DO NOT BRING YOUR THINGS HERE. Worst experience ever. The guy took my shoes and said he could fix them, he painted over my entire pair of Nike Air Max 97 and now they are no longer reflective. I marked a belt I needed shorted and he cut a random amount off and then they said they would add a piece and it looks like garbage. The lady would not give me any compensation for ruining my things and laughed in my face and said that is how they do things. So rude. Then he tried to take the paint off which I told them it would not work and now they look even worse with paint & og color peeling off. If you hired someone to fix your house and they just painted the entire thing, would that be OK? So unprofessional and rude! Really shocked and disappointed with how people live with themselves.Really? Is this an automated response? Because when I went to your shop TWO other times to resolve this issue, your manager basically just laughed in my face. With no resolve expect to take my things. Which is insane.

Elizabeth was patient when troubleshooting the fit w me and wanted to make sure I didn't leave before she knew there was a fix we were both sure of. The price for the labor, materials, and expertise felt more than reasonable. The store was small and charming, I know where to come back to if I need anything for my shoes.

I hadn’t heard from them in two weeks after dropping off my favorite, expensive hoodie. I called asking about my order and the woman said she lost my number, and was waiting for me to contact them, as my order was already completed. I don’t know how she lost my phone number, because I paid through Zelle. Upon picking it up, I saw they replaced the light silver zipper with a dark gold one, and they gave it a mismatched slider that looked like it should’ve been on an athletic windbreaker, not a cotton hoodie. Paid the cost of a new jacket to ruin my favorite old one.

Drop off 2 bags that needs a zipper change. Told me $80 for 2 bags. I thought it’s expensive for a simple zipper change but I agreed. Told me to come back 3 days after. After 3 days I came back and it was not done yet. Then I came back a week after but he asked for more money. He’s asking a total of $120 for both bags. The zipper change is expensive than the cost of the bag brand new. And the zipper he used is not quality and had cracks on the leather. It was not a good quality work. Since I paid card, he charged me $120 plus tax for both bags. I regret going there. Also frustrating coz he can’t speak and understand english. He’s not nice, no customer service and won’t entertain my complain.
