Great experience for my first time ever to receive IV hydration. The staff were super nice and professional, the facility very clean and the massage chair was Awesome. I really loved the eye mask too. The IV was comfortable as I barely felt anything and I’m looking forward to feeling good effects in the days to come. Two things to possibly improve is the lighting in the entry and hall is very blue and feels cold (it would feel more comfortable if the lighting was warmer), and second is the text reminders for the appointment needs to indicate the suite number. I didn’t find the correct door easily because I went inside the building only knowing the 425 address.

My son has POTS and our regular IV place closed early so we found Prime Hydration and Wellness on maps. They took great care of us and I think this may become our regular place! Very professional and the massage chairs while you have an IV is awesome! Definitely going back.

From the time you enter Prime IV, you are greeted with kindness and offered some refreshments. Once taken back to the VIP lounge, the ultimate relaxation begins with the best massage chair you could ever imagine. Calming music, low lighting and a face mask option that heats up and massages your face. It is truly the best IV bar I’ve ever been to and I feel a million times better! My nurse Samantha was incredibly kind and listened to me. 10/10 would recommend this place! Great membership options as well!!

Let me just say I was skeptical at first but a couple months later I became a member because my health is important and I noticed that I was actually regaining my energy and my hair grew longer and all of the things!! If you’re a woman over 55 and going through all the things I would tell you this is a must but of course consult your doctor first. I love that they have nurses who are actively practicing and that also gives you a sigh relief because IVs can be scary. But I am comfortable every time I come, and I get great knowledge from everyone in the office. Come on don’t be scared. I dare you to come and take care of yourself!!! PS I love the massage chairs

It's a full immersive experience, complete with a red light cooling mask that I already can see a difference.Which is wild to me! Absolutely, try it out.They're running a special right now!

I’ve been here twice and both times have been very enjoyable experiences. Everyone is helpful and eager to help you feel better. They will walk you through the different components of the IV drips to make sure you understand what you’re going to have placed into your body. Make sure to try the massage chairs, too!

Today was my 1st introductory visit at Prime IV. I was greeted upon arrival. I was explained all the features of membership, infusion types, drips and add-ons. Christa the front desk representative was very helpful, informative and an overall pleasure to work with. RN Alina was amazing. She walked me through the membership process, we reviewed my options thoroughly then we began the process. The decor is inviting and very relaxing. Alina took me to the VIP room to relax in an amazing massage chair with a heated massage eye mask. Alina checked on me throughout the experience. I purchased the membership and l am looking forward to my next IV treatment. Thanks again ladies for your help, support and professionalism. See next month.
