The staff at Code Med Urgent Care, from the people checking you in, to the PAs, to the doctors themselves, are all really kind, caring and knowledgeable. It’s rare to go into an urgent care and feel like you are getting personalized care from real professionals who ease your anxiety and make you feel confident in your care plan. Code Med did that for me. Additionally, the facility is spotless, organized and calming; wait times were short every time I went in (follow-ups); and they took the time to talk to me, not just close the folder and walk away. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs fast, compassionate medical help!

Although I may have learned some personally distressing health news after my Code Med visit, I am eternally grateful for the attending physician and very attentive staff. It was my first time being to Code Med urgent care. My experience was great, the front desk staff were professional, the wait time was reasonable, seeing the Dr didn't take that long. The Dr was patient and took time to understand my child's medical needs, while he provided careful thoughts about the meds.While we hope to always be healthy and never need emergency care, Code Med is surely our new place for medical emergencies.

Went here for Surgical clearance specifically plastic surgery. Everything was amazing! Shout out to Dr. Sachdeva and the medical assistant Christian! I called them to make a reservation the man at front desk was super nice and professional too. I paid out of pocket the price was great and reasonable. Absolutely recommend for anyone who wants to get their clearance done!

I had my annual check-up today at this Urgent Care office and had a really good experience. I used to have a primary care doctor, but I have not seen one in a while, so I usually rely on the yearly biometric bloodwork I get through my employer. I had my bloodwork done last week and brought those results with me to my appointment.Caroline Hau, FNP, was very thorough from the beginning. Before even starting the exam, she asked detailed questions about my health history, carefully reviewed my biometric results, and took the time to go over everything with me. She also did additional bloodwork right there in the office today, which made the visit even more helpful and convenient.What stood out most was that she did not rush me at all. She spent a good amount of time explaining what looked good, what I need to work on, and what I should stay on top of to keep my health on the right track. I really felt like she cared and wanted to make sure nothing was overlooked.The staff was also very friendly, and the office is conveniently located right off I-395 in Landmark Plaza in Alexandria, VA, with plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend Caroline Hau, FNP, and this office to anyone looking for a thorough annual check-up, especially if they do not currently have a primary care provider.

This place is amazing ! I did my preop bloodwork , and they were fast and efficient . It was so difficult to find an urgent care that will do clearance for surgery. The customer service is great! It’s super clean also!

Will use again. Easy to book an online appointment. Respectful of your time. Dr Sachdeva is proactive and attentive. Took my vitals when his nurse was busy. His commentary during the process was an educational experience in validating health data. Elevated blood pressure, the standard vs me. When I’m healthy again without Flu strain A I’ll be paying attention whether I remain in a hypertension state.His nurse was awesome. She had me blow my nose without wiping (ugh, gross) before taking the flu test. That was new technique as I wasn’t as leaky, congested late morning vs when I wake up. My PCP just retired December 2025 and I wish I could replace with this duo.Dr Sachdeva mentioned they hired for a PCP. It would not be him as a mere ER doctor. Haha. I made an appointment for their PCP services on my way out.
