Excellent care.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had to come here while I was visiting my son because I was very sick with vomiting and diarrhea. Everyone was so kind and caring. The receptionist was friendly and made me feel welcome. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. She was patient, compassionate, and made me feel like she truly cared. I received excellent care, and I would definitely recommend Code Med Urgent Care to anyone who needs medical attention. The best care possible, I was struggling with a huge migraine, all my virals were on point everything was perfect, it was just the migraine. Love that you always reach someone directly here, and not rerouted to a call center. So easy to book appointments fast too. The PA who assists with taking the calls is so polite and helpful. Dr. Deepak and NP Caroline really seem to care about their patients and are very informative as well.

The staff at Code Med Urgent Care, from the people checking you in, to the PAs, to the doctors themselves, are all really kind, caring and knowledgeable. It’s rare to go into an urgent care and feel like you are getting personalized care from real professionals who ease your anxiety and make you feel confident in your care plan. Code Med did that for me. Additionally, the facility is spotless, organized and calming; wait times were short every time I went in (follow-ups); and they took the time to talk to me, not just close the folder and walk away. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs fast, compassionate medical help!

It was my first time being to Code Med urgent care. My experience was great, the front desk staff were professional, the wait time was reasonable, seeing the Dr didn't take that long. The Dr was patient and took time to understand my child's medical needs, while he provided careful thoughts about the meds.While we hope to always be healthy and never need emergency care, Code Med is surely our new place for medical emergencies.
