Highly, highly recommended. Been to several chiropractors over the years and by far, this is the best. I had sciatica so badly, I couldn't stand for more than 5 minutes, and sleep was near impossible. My KP Dr and physical therapist said there's nothing I can do to fix it less of surgery and cortisone shots and laughed when I told them Vitality said they can fix it without me having to do either. Dr. Dave and Dr. Grace have been treating me for neck, back and joint pain in my hands for about a year. I have been going to different chiropractors for the last 30 years Vitaliy has a different approach to therapy, using foam molds and teaching you exercises that enhance your treatment, not just your typical 5 minute appointment. I was introduced to the new shock wave therapy they are now offering. My hands, which had limited flexibility in my thumb joints has greatly improved over the course of my treatment and my pain has subsided. I tried the therapy on one hand to see if I could tell the difference between the two. I am amazed at how effective the treatment is after a few sessions and excited to start therapy on the other hand. Anyone who lives with pain knows that any reduction in pain is worth it.
