I scheduled with this company for window washing and they gave me a two hour window (9:30-11:30) for arrival. They called me at 11:35 to cancel because of ( high wind). I rescheduled for the next week arrival 10:30-12:30. I finally called the company phone at 12:40 and the lady told me they were on their way. At 1:30, they finally rang my doorbell. Don't schedule with this company unless you have time to waste waiting. Worst customer service I have had in a long time! You never tried to contact me by phone or otherwise to make amends for your company "dropping the ball." Open and timely communication is key to good customer service.
