Lisa was a literal lifesaver! She helped me recover from a very stubborn pinched nerve that was causing me severe pain. Emory Spine had a 4+ week (!!) waiting list just to start Physical Therapy there; Lisa was able to schedule me same-week. I highly recommend Lisa. I’m a pediatric occupational therapist - I put my body through a lot everyday at work and age is becoming a factor (I’m in my 50’s). Lisa has helped me find my core and activate it again. I can get to off the floor more quickly than before and crawl, run, and jump with the little ones again. She has also helped ease my pain and discomfort from overusing other muscles when I lost my core (from 2 traumatic c-sections) after my children were born. Best my body has felt in a long time. Lisa has experience, knowledge, and passion for her craft - she has the science knowledge but she also has the ‘art’ down as an expert and master clinician. She has proven to be an excellent physical therapist who has addressed my needs very successfully all the while maintaining a kind, caring and professional manner. I rarely have trouble with my sciatic now and I continue to see Lisa for occasional treatments. Lisa is a skilled therapist who is very in tune to her patient's needs and concerns. I have been working with Lisa @ Core Health Pilates for a few months. I visited at the recommendation of my physical therapist who thought that it would be beneficial for me. I was skeptical (and anxious) at first - because I am the least flexible person in the world and dreaded being put on a machine that would 'stretch me'. Boy, was I wrong. Lisa is a great instructor and really transitioned me at a speed that was comfortable and tailored to my ability. Without a doubt, Pilates with Lisa has helped many aspects of my wellbeing. My him no longer hurts, my golf swing is better, and my posture and core strength as improved 100%. I am far from hyperflexible, but I am making real progress faster than anything else I have tried. I truly appreciate how much Lisa has helped and I look forward to even more improvements to come. Less

I was hoping I could get some relief from my back pain all while building muscle strength and trying to maintain some sense of physical activity since I am now super limited on what I can do. I have now fallen in love with Pilates! Lisa is such a wonderful instructor!! She has helped correct my posture which to my surprise, helped to alleviate quite a bit of my back pain.
