My trees were losing leaves. I called for help and they fixed my trees instantly. He said that this would probably happen again but I thought it was over so I declined. 6 months later it started again. I called and he came out the next day and fixed it. They really knew what they were doing

100% satisfaction.Prompt response to my request for an estimate.Josh was on time for our walk through,,took notes and photos,listened attentively and made useful recommendations.I received his estimate via email the next day broken down exactly as I had requested.Choosing the work to be done and scheduling a time was as simple as checking the boxes for each option on the estimate.Work was done on time,rescheduled once due to rain,change in time was communicated promptly.The 4 man crew arrived on time and did the work exactly as quoted.While they were working Josh stopped by to make sure everything was going well,we made a few changes on the fly.The crew left everything very clean,all debris were taken to the curb where their truck picked it up within 2 days,the truck driver raked up all the leaves and small limbs.Josh was nice enough to take down and rehang a 3’ hanging basket because the limb it was hanging from was removed.I was invoiced after all work was performed to my satisfaction,there was no payment up front requested.This was an exceptional experience in every way,I can give Spruce Up Tree Care and their representative Joshua Green the highest recommendation for professional tree care.

Quick and Professional Business. They cut down a 15-20' Oak Tree for me. They came the next day to remove all the debris and the following day the subcontractor for the stump grid. Overall, all three teams cleaned up after themselves and did a professional job.
