Had a small area on my carpet that got soaked from that storm the other night in my basement. Will called me back instantly and came out that night. Dude was on time. Helpful. Patient. Professional. I used his services to clean my daughter's carpet. My daughter was so impressed. Actually I thought her carpet was brown. It wasn't until after Will cleaned her carpet did we both realize that the damn carpet was actually GREY! THAT IS HOW CLEAN He gets your carpet. My only gripe. Dude brought ONE FAN to a 3 room job. If you do a good job cleaning the carpet but don't have an adequate amount of fans to dry..the carpet will smell mildewy. I had to go to Walmart real quick that day and buy fans so her carpet would dry in a quicker time. The longer the carpet takes to dry the higher the likelihood your carpet might not smell so fresh . I woke up on a Saturday morning with rain water in the basement carpet. I texted this young man and he was at my house in an hour. Cleaned up the water and instructed me how to replace my carpet padding. He offered to do this for me but since it was still raining. He instructed me to do this later so I wouldn’t have the same problem. Less
