Jordan and team were nothing short of amazing. I've been to a few med-spas, and none of them felt as warm and genuine as Journey to Beauty and Wellness. From the start, Jordan was incredibly welcoming and easy to talk to, and focused on making sure I understood different procedures, how they worked, and also gave recommendations that felt personalized to my goals. Past med-spa experiences have felt pitchy and lacked transparency, leaving me feeling like I was a number in a queue. I scheduled a consultation with Jordan to discuss facial balancing and the results I was hoping to achieve. The consultation went very well, and I decided to move forward with treatment. Jordan is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thorough when explaining each procedure. She also does a great job of recommending what may or may not be beneficial for your individual facial features, which made me feel confident in the treatment plan.I recently completed my first treatment and will be returning for my next session soon. Once my treatment is complete, I’ll update this review with before and after photos.I’m currently receiving treatment for my under eye area, which was a major concern for me, as well as chin and jawline contouring. The jaw treatment is also intended to help relax my jaw muscles and address TMJ-related discomfort. So far, I’ve had a great experience and look forward to seeing my final results.Update: I am happy with my results, my jawline area has slimmed down tremendously, chin is less recessed looking and also my face and eye area looks fuller and refreshed. I think Jordan did a fantastic job I walked out feeling rejuvenated in areas that I felt were dull looking and my main concerns were under eye, jawline /chin and mid face. Thanks Jordan ❤️ i’ve added some before and after photos of my face you can really see the difference especially in the slimming of my face and chin area.First 3 pics are before photos of my face on different days and the 4th double pic is the most recent pic of me after my treatment has been completed and settled.
