My second mortgage company that I went to. Lets start off with: I was approved for more with Big Foot Mortgage and I got an amazing rate. They were impressed with my rate at closing. Eric and his team were more involved than my first mortgage company. I spoke to him once or twice. But I spoke with Tiffany several times during the process of buying a home. Eric even reached out when my dream house wanted more money to pay for closing cost. Let me say, that spoke volumes about Eric.
