Her classes strike the perfect balance between being fun, engaging, and appropriately challenging. I have been coming to Sara’s classes for over 4 years now. She is an amazing teacher and a wonderful human being. Combining her years of yoga teaching with her mental health and wellbeing expertise she creates classes and workshops that can’t help but make you feel better than before you arrived. She is calm, reassuring and inclusive offering options to suit all abilities and energy levels. I love that she brings awareness to mind body and breath from the outset and creates space to link all three with ease and grace. Less

Jan is one of the best Yoga teachers in Cheltenham - her sequencing is inspired, she strikes exactly the right balance with challenge and accessability, plus a bit of humour, so all abilities feel comfortable in her classes. I feel like I've been in a workshop not just a Yoga class when I come out of one of her sessions. Early booking is essential as there's almost always a waitlist. I thoroughly recommend x Less

Yoga was recently recommended by both my GP and psychotherapist as I struggle with my mental health and hold much in my body resulting in physical aches and pains and stiffness, poor sleep, low energy, anxiety and depression. After many years without regular yoga practice and zero confidence in my physical ability, I was apprehensive about joining a yoga group so having an initial one-to-one was suggested. Despite being very anxious before my first session I quickly felt comfortable working with Sara and I continue to find her easy to talk to, empathic, trustworthy and very supportive. The benefits were immediate after that first session - a feeling of all round wellness and a better night’s sleep! As if I had ‘let go’ … Each session is geared around what I need on a particular day; sometimes grounding and relaxing, often calming and frequently energising. During a session we do a combination of yoga movements, mindfulness and relaxation with each being adapted to my specific needs. Getting movement back into my body has greatly reduced my aches and pains, increased my flexibility and improved how I handle moments of overwhelm - easily accessing breathing exercises for example. I have also tried group yoga but for now the adaptiveness of a 1:1 every few weeks is more beneficial for me. Can’t believe how much yoga has helped me on so many levels, thank you Sara 😊 Less

From the moment I met Jan I knew I was going to enjoy yoga! Her warm smile and friendly nature ensured that as a yoga beginner I was instantly at ease. I really looked forward to my weekly sessions and she always combines professionalism and her passion for yoga with a real sense of fun and humour. I always felt encouraged and could see the progress I was making and came way looking forward to the next one. A wonderful teacher, would highly recommend. Less
