Heroic Health - Matt, and my coach Shameel - have provided just what I needed to start and sustain a journey to a healthy body and lifestyle. I am on a course that I can continue. It’s not a temporary plan aimed at quick results. It is holistic coaching to ensure that the promises you make to yourself are promises you can keep long term. I’m down nearly 20 pounds. My weight is where it belongs. Now I’m reshaping my focus, with Shameel’s coaching and expertise, on gaining strength and building muscle. I’m very grateful to Heroic Health for shepherding me to this point and taking me to the next step. They will get you on track.

I have always been active and physically fit. I noticed as I was approaching my late 40's that between business, family and personal obligations my health weight and overall fitness was declining. I was referred to Matt who formulated a plan to help me achieve my goals. He was there every step of the way to educate me on food / nutrition choices so I could be a healthier weight. He also put together a fitness plan around my existing home gym equipment. I became educated on what I was putting into my body and lost 25 lbs. over the course of a year. My body also started to change and I now look and feel much stronger. Matt and the Heroic Husband team helped me achieve my goals and I cannot thank them enough for the continued follow up and support. My experience with TFR has been amazing. They are so knowledgeable and will get you where you want to be. They truly want to see you grow and educate yourself on making fitness and health a life long journey. The coaches are all amazing and super friendly. The programs and apps are easy to use. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth it knowing the education I obtained will be with me for a very long time.
