Nathan created me a 16 week hypertrophy plan that i successfully completed! By the end of it he had me reaching new max weights through the progression of the plan. It was very detailed yet not overcomplicated and allowed me to reach all of my fitness goals those 16 weeks including muscle gain, strength gain, and improved athleticism. I would definitely recommend Nathan!
