I’m not one to pick a daycare lightly and chose Sage with absolute confidence. My children are thriving, exploring, making new friends and most importantly, receiving love and care from amazing, nurturing educators. One educator in particular named Emily is an absolute treasure! You can truly see how much she cares for my son and I absolutely love how she always takes the time to share details about his day! Im extremely pleased that we chose to enrol Jasmine into Sage almost a year ago now. We definitely made the right choice! From Day 1 we have been made to feel like a part of a large family with the management and educators at Sage always including the parents and grandparents with special theme days and Family activities that the kids love. I trust that my daughter is in a safe environment, it’s very clean and modern with awesome play areas and equipment for learning.All the educators are amazing with my favourite being Miss Emma:) Jasmine has formed a strong bond with Emma over the past year and its comforting to know Emma is there to teach and nurture my daughter daily. Our daughter has been at Sage since July, and we couldn’t be happier. All the educators we have interacted with are lovely, and we always feel they are in control. We feel very comfortable taking our baby daughter to Sage. She loves Simran, and I totally get it, because she is so caring with her. Natalie is always on top of everything as well, very proactive. I also love that no matter the age, they always try their best to include the little ones in the activities. Our daughter has been playing and experimenting so much in the last few months! The centre is also completely indoors, so there's no disruption from bad weather - and with so many beautifully themed areas, including a music studio and "the shed," there is no shortage of variety or inspiration for little minds.The educators are exceptional - warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in getting to know your family's needs and goals. As a family without extended support in Sydney, we feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a nurturing and supportive community at Sage. This is my children’s third childcare centre, and I can confidently say we’ve finally found the right one. I know we’ll be staying here long term—it’s truly one of the best in the area.From the very start, I was impressed by the convenience. There’s 15-minute street parking right outside, plus a private car park inside the centre—which is a lifesaver, especially on those rainy mornings!Their operating hours (7AM–6PM) are perfect for working parents, and they provide all meals throughout the day—breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and even a late snack. It’s one less thing for us to worry about.What really stands out to me are the thoughtful little details. They organise optional excursions that connect the kids with the community, and always share a clear safety plan beforehand. I loved how they had a professional dentist visit to teach the children about dental hygiene in a fun and age-appropriate way.They also make learning fun, with dress-up days and family events like Mother’s Day. My 5-year-old’s educators are doing a fantastic job preparing her for school with a strong focus on school readiness.One thing I deeply appreciate is that this centre does not pressure children to nap if they don’t want to. At our first daycare, naps were forced and even used as punishment, which was heartbreaking. At Sage, the environment is respectful, nurturing, and child-centred. They understand and support children who may be going through emotional moments and always guide them with kindness and professionalism.Another standout for me is their exceptional hygiene and safety practices. My children have never had redness in their nappy area—nappy changes are clearly done frequently and with care. They’re also incredibly attentive when it comes to injuries or incidents. Even the tiniest bump is reported to me, and I’ve never discovered a scratch without them knowing exactly what happened. Accidents are rare, but if anything does occur, they immediately make adjustments to keep the space even safer.You would think all of these good qualities would be a given at any childcare centre—but sadly, from our experience at their first centre, that’s not always the case. Sage truly goes above and beyond. They genuinely care about your children, your family, and their wellbeing.I am truly grateful we found them.

The whole team is passionately involved (just look at the socials, you can tell even the marketing manager is hands on and into it!)They take the time to get to know each child and their families. I was especially touched when they went out of their way to confirm my child’s dietary preferences and ensure they were met with respect and precision.The entry experience alone sets the tone for the day: from the easy dedicated car parking to themed lifts and intentional decorations that celebrate a diversity of cultures and seasons - not to mention the nature sounds playing as you walk in. The care and detail is clear as soon as you step inside, words don’t do justice so a tour is a must.The Sage app mirrors the in-centre experience: seamless, detailed, and parent-friendly. Everything is made easy, with beautiful updates and thoughtful features that keep me connected and informed.I travel from Bondi to Chippendale just so my child can be part of the Sage community. That’s how much I value the level of care, learning, and joy my child (and I!) receive here. Each day brings something new, whether it’s a surprise and delight moment, or simply knowing my child is safe and thriving in a premium environment.I feel myself get excited for our Sage days. I’m very happy about sage. The center is clean, well maintained and has a range of facilities/ activities to keep the children engaged and entertained.The staff are warm and attentive, you can tell that they do care about the little ones in the center. There are quite a few staff bring their own kids there too.Recently with the exposure of some big branded noncompliant childcare centres, I was a bit worried about my child as I was shocked to learn about how some people can be so nasty and careless about children in this industry. However, seeing my child grow everyday and how happy he is to attend the centre I know I have picked the right one.I recommend to people who is thinking about sending their kids to a childcare centres. This is the best one I know so far.
