This man saved me so much money. He literally helped me with an issue that another tech would’ve definitely charged me a ton of money for. My heat went out in the evening during a cold night and I started freaking out. I called Jairo, and he saved the day. He did it all over the phone because it was after hours for him. He didn’t want me to get ripped off by another company during the holidays, so he talked me through everything and it was super easy to fix. He really knows his stuff and didn’t have to be present to figure out. Super genuine. He really just wanted me to have heat. Thank you so much for your help man, you when you could’ve told me “I’m closed for the night” but you stayed on the phone with me for an 40 minutes until you figured it out .
