Nothing like backing out of the garage and pushing the button to close the garage door and watch it going down crooked. I was not able to stop the door in time and it became stuck about 3 feet off the concrete. I call Turbo Garage Door because they were out 2 years ago for the same problem. True to their advertisement, they sent a tech out the same day and he arrived on time. It was obvious that one of the springs was broken. The technician took one look and said that he needed to rebuild the whole door and that he needed to replace all the hinges and rollers as they were not the correct parts for the width of the door we had. Interesting that when they were out two years ago the hinges and rollers were not a problem then. He proceeds to tell me that the parts alone would be $3600. Standing there in shock, he called into the office and got a quote to replace the door with a new one to the tune of $3700. By now my husband had come home and told him we were not going to go ahead with the repair at this time and asked if he could lower the door down for security reasons. The tech said he his price to do that was $450. Not knowing when another company might be available, we had him lower the door. He released the door and let it slam down on the concrete. Total time less than 30 minutes. $450 for less than half an hour? I would have hated to see what the labor would have cost if we had him repair/replace the door. The company that did repair the door charged less than $500 to replace the spring.

Our garage door needed repair and Turbo Garage Door was great. The technician (also the owner) showed up on time and was very professional. He clearly knew what he was doing and had our door fixed in short order. He even pointed out (and corrected) problems with the original door installation when the house was built 5 years ago (installed by a different outfit). He showed me how and where to lubricate the door to keep it working smoothly. A great experience.

We were looking for a new garage door and Turbo Garage Door was such a great company to work with! We worked with Jack Wilson and he was prompt, informative, and patient as we decided on which door to move forward with. On the day of the installation, Jack arrived 15 minutes early and walked me through all the new features at the end of the install. I can't recommend Jack and Turbo Garage enough. This morning I realized that my garage door would not open. I called turbo garage. The employee Jack Wilson showed up right away, even a half an hour earlier than what they had hoped! Jack was very pleasant to talk to, a real asset to the company! He took one look at the door and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it right away! He was very knowledgeable and I really enjoyed what could have otherwise been, a rotten experience. Thank you to Jack and Turbo Garage! I DEFINITELY recommend them to everyone!

Had Turbo Garage Door come out over a year ago to fix our springs for the garage. Luckily I had the sticker up and called them last week as our motor gave out for the garage door. They came out and assessed everything. Since the motor was 20 years old, I had to get it replaced. They gave me great options and came out a day later and replace the motor with a new one. Jack was super helpful with explaining which he did and helped me with the new technology that comes with it (using the app). Had trouble getting my wife’s car set up to open/close the garage but Turbo Garage helped over the phone. Very happy I called them as they are honest, on time, flexible schedule and always there to help.

Wish I could give my technician a MILLION stars. Jack arrived to repair my non functioning garage door. He was friendly, respectful and clearly capable. So that could be a lot of people. What made Jack special is: as he was working, we were talking and I told him his same company was sending a subcontractor to repair 2 panes of broken glass in the door. I went inside and when I came out, I overheard Jack speaking with his boss, telling his boss that he, Jack, could repair the windows very inexpensively. I was thrilled! A service person who provides extra service and savings for the client, is a treasure to that business and the best Public Relations they could have. Jack is my HERO today and will get the windows replaced before my deadline. I am a VERY happy customer!!!!!

The spring broke on my garage door last night I called Turbo Garage Door this morning and Jack showed up this afternoon. This guy knows his stuff, answered every question asked, super knowledgeable, and friendly. Had him replace almost all the inferior Chinese hardware and bearings, took him about an hour. Jack showed me how and when to lubricate the hardware, and even gave me a can of lube. I'm very happy to have come across this great company.

I had them install the Garage door on a new build in Coffey Park 2 years ago. When everyone else had a supply chain problem and couldn't do it for months, they put it in the next week. Since then they have been easy to work with to get periodic maintenance done. Will use them again for my next project.
