I called requesting help for a same-day removal of a large wasp nest that had gone unoticed in a stack of cardboard boxes on our deck. Andrew was at our door within the hour, was so kind and handled the whole issue, even showing me the handled nest and letting me know not to go near the area it was removed from while the wasps die down. 100% reccomend using Pest In The City for this service.

We had a very positive experience with Pest in the City. They replied right away and quickly scheduled an initial visit. Andrew was very knowledgeable and he listened carefully to what we had observed. Andrew was a pleasure to have in our home and he solved our single rodent issue quickly and effectively. During follow-up visits he ensured that the problem had not returned. All in all Pest in the City was highly responsive and professional.

pest in the city single-handedly saved me from a weekend of terror and panic by *very* promptly and calmly taking a look at my issue and advising that I did not in fact have bed bugs. They might have even made me laugh along the way - no small feat. I cannot describe the utter relief I feel and if I ever have pest issues in the future - let’s hope not! - these folks will be my first call.

★★★★★Pest In The City showed exceptional compassion, professionalism, and support while helping my child and me navigate an extremely stressful tenancy and pest crisis. Even when communication and coordination from the landlord were difficult, this company continued to go above and beyond to help us feel heard, supported, and eventually safer in our home.Norm was especially kind, patient, and respectful. He understood how frightening the situation was for my child and how important cleanliness is to me. He treated my very clean home with care, removed his shoes without hesitation, explained what he was doing, and helped with every part of the situation that he could.Their support made a genuinely overwhelming experience feel more manageable. I am deeply grateful for the compassion, reassurance, and effort they provided while working toward making our home safe and pest-free. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing knowledgeable pest control delivered with real humanity

Pest in the City is our third rodent extermination in the past couple of years. Andrew attended this most recent attempt of exterminating the mice. Andrew was very personable, knowledgeable, motivated and diligent. He even went under the house into this dark dank spider infested cave under our addition, where there are mink and rats! Andrew found 4 more entry spots and fixed them and gave our tenants suggestions necessary for reducing the risk of being re-infested. Andrew went the extra mile and always communicated plan, action and results. Thank you, Andrew! I highly recommend this company and Andrew 🙏
