Pest in the City is our third rodent extermination in the past couple of years. Andrew attended this most recent attempt of exterminating the mice. Andrew was very personable, knowledgeable, motivated and diligent. He even went under the house into this dark dank spider infested cave under our addition, where there are mink and rats! Andrew found 4 more entry spots and fixed them and gave our tenants suggestions necessary for reducing the risk of being re-infested. Andrew went the extra mile and always communicated plan, action and results. Thank you, Andrew! I highly recommend this company and Andrew 🙏

Excellent service!We recently discovered a squirrel in our attic. Shortly afterward, two more squirrels chewed through metal wire and got into our chimney. One of them eventually fell into the space above our original (1911), non-functioning coal-burning fireplace.Pest in the City was extremely thorough in inspecting the attic to ensure the squirrel had vacated and in searching for possible entry points. The technician assured us the attic was empty and sealed the only likely access hole.We were shocked when, a few days later, we heard a squirrel inside the fireplace after a chimney sweep from another company had re-blocked access from the chimney. In a panic, we called Pest in the City late in the evening (they take calls until 9:30 pm!). The technician gave us advice that proved to be excellent — although not what we wanted to hear at the time — and arranged to come out the next day.He confirmed there was a squirrel above the fireplace and again recommended a humane, no-harm approach: allowing the squirrel the opportunity to leave on its own. His calm professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to humane treatment were greatly appreciated during a stressful situation.Highly recommended.
