I've worked with 4 or 5 other commercial real estate loan brokers over the years (both massive corporate brands, and small boutique firms), but Fast Action truly lives up to its name. This has been by far the fastest, easiest DSCR loan refinance I've ever done. In fact, I did TWO refinances with them in less than half the time it has taken to do one in the past.
