Overall: 10/10Project: removal of roof shingles, repair boards underneath, remove chimney. Install new underlayment, shingles, flash around existing skylight, and clean gutters.First Quote: not aggressive like some other roofing companies. Brings a drone to clearly communicate the issues at hand. And tells you the recommendations up front.Proposal: Clearly outlines materials being used, work to be done, and has line items for any potential add ons.Changes during work: already outlined the cost per board. They were clear on the cost of it and it was reasonable.Price: Extremely reasonable compared to competitors.Responsiveness: extremely responsive and came back to the house to double check some work I had questions on. They also answered my numerous technical questions in detail via email.Duration: they completed all of the work in one day. Which was extremely surprising and the work was done well based on my site visits.Timing: I had an ongoing leak and managed to replace the roof within two weeks.Materials: the materials listed in the proposal and the materials I saw onsite matched. They use a high grade material for roofing at a low price point.Cleanliness: roof removal was messy but they somehow managed to clean it all up. They had a seperate crew just for clean up. Few screws in the yard but no way they can clean it all up.Warranty: covers everything except existing skylight or installation of solar. Manufacturer and contractor 15 year warranty.Other: I checked the license online and ensured the permit was completed correctly. No listed issues with the State and no violations listed as of 07/26.Side note: they need to have access to power outlet while doing this work.Recommendation: highly encouraged to get a quote and work with them. I’ve already recommended them to a colleague.

I called the company in early July to fix a damaged roof. They showed up the next day to inspect, and the repairs were done shortly after. The employees I spoke to on the phone and in person were all extremely helpful and kind. Very satisfied with the service I was provided. Would definitely recommend them to others

Over The Top Roofing replaced our roof, and they were great! Everyone on their team is extremely nice, responsive, and easy to work with. The guys that replaced the roof kept us informed at every turn, and when they saw issues that were beyond the scope of their work, they brought them to us with potential solutions (100+ year old house has issues). At the end of the project they gave us a photo review of the work performed. I used them at the recommendation of someone that I work, and I am so glad that I did.
