You can create detailed workflows so when A happens then B happens. All emails, forms, whatsapp, etc can be tracked. There is a chatbot which is super helpful afterhours. You can integrate e.g. Google profile reviews ontot your website. You can setup the website within the platform as well. You can pull Google Ads and Facebook Ads into the software for reporting and you can setup and schedule posts to publish as well. Vey exciting the future of this all.
