Lemonade reached out on 8/4/2025 to gather photos and measurements to special order and install our backdoor. Over 2 months later a craftsman arrived to install. It took him 2 days to install and he left without comment. The door has a gaps that I can stick my hand over into my home. My previous door was somehow more secure and weatherproof.

Lemonade property services finished two home projects for us. One was to paint our kitchen cabinets and the other a bath renovation with removal of old tiles replaced with a new surround. Both projects were started and completely finished in the time quoted. We are extremely pleased with the results! Kitchen cabinets look awesome with the perfect color and very satisfied with the finished bathroom renovation! Renee was a pleasure to talk with to plan our projects. Excellent professional work crew working in our home. We are completely satisfied. We are requesting one more quote for our master bath. Lemonade, did our painting about a year ago and we have, HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!!!!! FIRST, they chose the wrong COLOR! THEN THEY WERE HERE TO FIX SOME OTHER ISSUES BECAUSE THE PAINT WAS NOT STICKING! . LEMONADE TOLD US BECAUSE THEY DID NOT DO ANY PRIMER, AND THEY DID NOT CHOOSE THE RIGHT PAINT!!! Still an ongoing issue. Trying to make a claim, ..PAID OVER 12,000 UPFRONT FOR THIS! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT RIGHT, NOR GOOD BUSINESS!!!!! And now they're saying, there's a friction!! When you told us YOUS DID NOT USE primer, or use the right paint, you can see in the photos. How is there friction on the molding? And on the walls, that have peeling paint!!!!!!! We should have went with CERTA PRO PAINTERS!

Great experience - work was impeccable (they even corrected some of my less-than-professional drywall patches) and the crew was great to work with. Kayla was organized, thoughtful, and had great follow up. Geoff was great explaining options and helping to settle in on a plan that balanced paint, patch, and pocketbook. And Jeremy and Jennifer were so much fun - just wonderful, caring people committed to doing a great job. (and they got great taste in music to boot) Highly recommend.

Sloppy painting, used wrong paint 1st time. Did not replace Anything they removed. Would ONLY RECOMMEND CERTAIN PAINTERS, NOT ALL! Horrible experience, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Thank you for responding, but overall experience has been very poor. There's no communication, or respect for thee homeowners. Yes you are trying to make it right....after the fact I paid in full, since day 1. Then I had to finish hanging my own cabinets...when I paid over $12 ,000.00..in full, since the beginning which was 3 weeks ago, and now again waiting for yous to fix, repaint, hang, replace what yous removed, . Only primer was used in one room...when this house was built in 1998..WHICH U definitely Needed primer for everything...ceiling, trim, walls , door , mirrors etc...
