I called from Auburn about five places in Google. They all were rude or acted like they could care less what I wanted. Then I called Bin There Dump That and the lady was very nice over phone. The driver was great delivering it so glad picked to do my home renovation project dumpster. My first ever rental ever, and her help answering my questions really made the experience enjoyable. Will only call them from now on.....

Highly recommend Bin There Dump That Dumpster Rental. They make it so easy to schedule a rental. The communication with the company is fantastic. You talk to a real person over the phone. They email instantly. I love companies that communicate well and are transparent about everything. A big plus was the dumpster's double door walk in, and the thoughtful placement of the dumpster at the top of my driveway near the storage area. They drop it off and pick it up for you. All you have to do is fill it up. Very reasonable prices and policies. 10/10 experience, and have recommended them to my family members too.

From contact to pick up, very easy process. The company has excellent communication, dumpster was delivered and placed per instructions without me needing to be present, scheduling the time and any additional time was also incredibly easy. Scheduling the pick up was a breeze and the pick up was simple, again I was not needed.Overall, great company and easy to use. Will be a return customer should be ever need another dumpster!
