Very disappointed with our move-out cleaning. Floors weren’t polished as promised, there were crumbs left behind the trash can, and I had to sweep and steam them myself less than 24 hours later. We even paid extra for fridge cleaning, yet the freezer wasn’t wiped down.Military families don’t have seven days to wait for issues to be fixed, and the times offered didn’t work with our 3 PM move-out deadline.On top of that, the cleaner had someone not employed by the company inside the house eating lunch while it was supposed be cleaned, something not mentioned anywhere in their “terms and conditions”. For the price we paid, the service fell far short of expectations.

We were very pleased with Alexandria's cleaning service. My husband and I are elderly and have chronic illnesses which makes it difficult for us to deep clean our home. The ladies were friendly and professional. They also got along with our pets, and our pets liked them. They took their time to be thorough, and it showed. We were really impressed how clean they got our bathrooms, oven, and refrigerator. We highly recommend this cleaning service!
