Chef Billy was phenomenal! We had a relatively large group with a handful of dietary concerns celebrating a birthday week/end out in Moab. The idea of going out to eat and finding a place that could satisfy everyone was stressful. So would absolutely say we all felt truly blessed and grateful that Chef Billy was able to accommodate and cook for our party.On top of his food being simply delicious, there was always plenty. No stressors, ever, on if everyone got enough to eat (especially after a long day of hiking & activities, where appetites are maybe larger than normal). Towards the end of our trip we were able to enjoy a day of simply eating amazing leftovers. And while Chef Billy claims not to be a baker...his desserts WERE AMAZING!As if that's not enough, Chef Billy was also just fun to be around. He fit in so nicely with our group, was easy going and put up with our shenanigans. Everyone was sad to see him go (and not just because he was great at keeping the kitchen clean post-meal...which was also a plus!)Thanks Chef Billy! I hope our paths cross again sometime soon. <3

I booked Billy as a private chef for my bday trip in Moab. Though he isn’t local to Moab, he was really flexible and made it work for me. The communication leading up to the event was always very thorough, and he easily pivoted the menu when I gave my feedback and dietary restrictions and I loved the creativity of the menu items, they felt very artistically curated, and fun. He even obliged when I asked if he would do a cooking class for us!He was so kind and accommodating in person and we all just loved being around him, which was amazing because he was there every step of the trip. We had amazing breakfast, nice pack to go lunches to take with us on our excursions, and we always came back to phenomenal dinners and delectable desserts.I would HIGHLY recommend Billy. You won’t be disappointed, and you’ll likely end up asking for all of his recipes! I can’t wait to hire him again.
