Back in the fall I was scrolling on social media and I saw something about The Med Gym, which I had passed by, but knew nothing about. Because of that post, I contacted the gym to find out about it, and that was one of the best decisions I made. I had noticed a decline in my flexibility and mobility so when I met with Calvin, he explained how resistance training would make a difference for me. Now, after just a few months, I am amazed at the noticeable difference it has made. I’ve been to other local gyms where I felt I was just a number, but not at The Med Gym. Here, I have a trainer who is invested in helping me meet with success. He makes sure I’m doing each exercise correctly and every four to five weeks, I am challenged with a new series of exercises.
