We have had a excellent experience using south coast plantation shutters. Alex was very friendly providing his thoughts and advice when he came around to give us a quote. When we decided to go ahead with the quote Grace was more then happy to answer any queries we had.It was about 3 months from order to installation which Alex was clear about.Installation day was very efficient fitting the shutters perfectly and cleaned up any mess, Alex even bringing his own vacuum cleaner.I would strongly recommend this local business to anyone looking at having shutters installed.

Our full experience, from measuring up to installation was very please. Alex went through all the options for us, explaining the pros and cons of each and made sure we were happy with our choice. He is very professional and no hard selling. He also gave us the delivery and installation period which was exactly as he had said. Fitting was carried out very professionally and in a timely manner. We’ve recently had new shutters installed by Plantation Shutters and we are absolutely thrilled.Both Alex and Grace have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. There was an unexpected delay with their supplier beyond their control), but we were kept informed, which is all you can ask.We’re a little indecisive and there were so many options, but both Alex and Grace were incredibly patient. With their help, support, and knowledge, we got the exact outcome we hoped for.Alex did a fantastic job installing the shutters. We have a 5-section bay window, and they are fitted perfectly!!!! We had shutters installed in December 2024 - thought I'd wait 6 months to review. In summary the whole experience of ordering the shutters, the communication with the team, and the installation were all done perfectly. The actual shutters are amazing quality - all the mechanisms work really well and the installation incorporated supplying new low profile handles for the window that needed them to ensure best use of the space. We love the shutters - our house looks bright and they really update the look. They are easy to clean and make each room look way larger, as we had large long hanging curtains before. I highly recommend SCP Shutters - they did an awesome job!

I placed an order for shutters back in January. The measuring service was quick and efficient. I received good advice from Alex regarding the design of the shutters and the size of the slats. I was told I would be contacted regarding delivery in early April. Sure enough the shutters turned up on schedule and were fitted straight away. Again the fitting was trouble free, quick and efficient. I am delighted with my shutters and would recommend using this company.
