Soooo our toilets overflowed one from the top one from the bottom seal, we originally had the honest plumber come out because it was through the home warranty they told us they had to go up to the roof to check and had us pay 300 out of pocket for it because that’s not covered by insurance we paid them, they went up to the roof used my husbands tools and said we had a sewer line that had to be replaced 40 feet out they also did not use a camera they told us that they had to replace the sewer line and it was gonna cost us about 4500. When I asked for an itemized receipt they put 5500 and they said just in case. so we got a second option, this is were zip pluming comes into play I called the lady that answered the phone was amazing I explained the situation and what we were told She said she could have someone out from 2-5 I told we because of the disruption we were about an hour away and she said she could have the plumber call so we can have a better time estimate so Hayden call me to let me know he’s relatively close I told him the situation again so he said that gave him a better idea of what’s going on and that he’d go back to his area to get more supply which worked since my husband and grandfather were still on the way to the house and he said he was okay with waiting. When he does get into the house he removed the toilet to get a camera in (he didn’t have to go up to the roof surprise surprise) well he fixed the issue without a surprisingly fast time, and he didn’t have to put in new lines or climb up to the roof or use my husbands tools. Needless to say we will be using zip pluming for all our plumbing issues and hopefully Hayden or individual that operate the same as him will be the ones that help for future issues. 100/10 highly recommend.
