Ok So I joined SPS 7 months ago looking for something a little different, as I have been to many gyms off and on over the past 28 years looking to get fit and to get a shape to my body I actually have wanted forever xx Even though the past 8 years I have done Martial arts and was sort of fit anyway I still didnt get the body shape I wanted and needed to be happy!! Xx So I joined Sam at SPS and have done 3 classes every week, worked hard in every class, been pushed by Sam and lots of encouragement and support from all the lovley ladies I can now happily say I am so close to getting the body shape that I have craved for many years xx I am nearly there and know with the extra pushing from Sam in class I will do it I have lost over 2 stone and yet to get my end result in inch loss (watch this space) Sam is there to help, guide, push & support U to get the results u want xx SPS is such a fab place to train u hardly realise how hard u have worked in each class because of the great atmosphere there xx until u ache the next day xx So commit to urself and make that change now U will not regret it ladies xx Less
